Baldwyns is a conversion of an elegant Grade II, Georgian mansion, rescued from the ‘at risk’ register by restoration specialist, Morgan Restoration. The triplexes highlight Morgan Restoration’s innovative approach, providing a synthesis of the scheme’s core values, combining breathtaking contemporary design, Georgian style, quality and craftsmanship.

The triplex is accessed via an impressive portico, comprising two massive Ionic columns and an impressive replica Georgian entrance door, leading to the main common hall. The oversized door was created using photos of the original. Flooring of the basement dining room and kitchen area comprises the original antique stock brick, reclaimed and relaid over underfloor heatng, polymer treated to prevent dust and to provide a water resistant surface. Behind the kitchen is an extensive cellar, ideal for storing those vintage bottles of wine.

The kitchen is fitted with high-quality, high gloss light blue wall and floor mounted cupboards, providing ample storage, matched by granite kitchen worktops. Mosaic splash backs throughout, aid easy cleaning.
